IADFAC has developed and validated procedures
to carry out analysis of vitamins, food additives, colours,
certain amino acids etc. with the help of highly sophisticated
instruments such as HPLC etc., which achieve very low
detection limits.
The HPLC is fitted with all the three
detectors i.e. UV, Fluorescence and Refractive Index
Detectors, which means IADFAC has the added unique advantage
of carrying out sugar profiling in any food sample.
